LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) has released its top horses list for 2013-2014 in each of the four events - reining, horsemanship, equitation on the flat, and equitation over fences. This season, NM State had three horses honored.

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – New Mexico State Women’s Basketball head coach Mark Trakh announced Thursday the signing of guard Emily Hardin, power forward Kassandra Harris and point guard Shanice Davis to National Letters of Intent to play basketball for the Aggies beginning in 2014-15.

Doug Martin and his staff will be providing two camps this summer located at the New Mexico State University athletic facilities. • Friday, June 20 - High School Individual Position Camp • Saturday, June 21 - Team Passing Camp Doug Martin and his staff encourage athletes of all skill-levels to attend. Participants for both the individual camp and team passing camp must be no younger than entering his freshman year of high school and no older than entering his senior year of high school. Stokes (Torrance, Calif.) is the second player in as many days that Rodolph has announced as the newest Aggies to sign a National Letter of Intent.

Courtesy of New Mexico State University PROVO, Utah -- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Trainers’ Association (RMATA) awarded its 2014 Most Distinguished Athletic Trainer designation to NM State’s Mike O’Larey. The Distinguished Athletic Trainer Award recognizes an RMATA member who has been active in the membership for a minimum of 15 years and who has made significant contributions to the profession. O’Larey joins a list of only 9 other athletic trainers (AT) that have received this prestigious award.
LAS CRUCES, N.M. -The New Mexico State equestrian team will head out to Waco, Texas, April 17-19 for the 2014 National Collegiate Equestrian Association National Championship, at the Extraco Events Center. The Aggies will be the No. 7 seed and will face No. 10 SMU in the first round on Friday morning. The winner will take on No. 2 Oklahoma State on Friday. "We are excited and prepared for the Championship this week," head coach Robin Morris-Walters said. "All of the riders have been practicing very well and are ready for competition on Thursday."
