Courtesy: New Mexico State University LAS CRUCES, N.M. (Sept. 16) – The New Mexico State athletic department released the planned television schedule for men’s and women’s basketball. AggieVision will televise 12 men’s basketball games and six women’s basketball games in 2013-14.
Courtesy: New Mexico State University LAS CRUCES, N.M. – New Mexico State head women’s basketball coach Mark Trakh announced the 2013-14 women’s basketball schedule, Monday, August 19, which features 14 home games, including the annual Aggie Hotel Encanto Thanksgiving Classic.
The season begins with an exhibition game versus Western New Mexico, Nov. 2, with the regular season starting, Nov. 12, against I-10 rival UTEP in El Paso, Texas. Courtesy: New Mexico State University LAS CRUCES - The New Mexico State football team opens its 2013 fall camp, Sunday, Aug. 4, at the football practice field beginning at 3:00 p.m. Practices are open to the public. The first five days of camp are the NCAA mandated five-day acclimation period before the Aggies jump right into two-a-day practices on Aug. 9th. The Aggies' annual media day in Las Cruces is scheduled for Aug. 5 at 10:30 a.m., in the football meeting rooms, located on the north end of the stadium. The Aggie soccer and volleyball teams will also hold their media days beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the same location.
NM State opens up its 2013 season, August 31, at the University of Texas in Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. Kickoff time has not been set. Season tickets are available through the New Mexico State ticket office and they can be purchased in person at the Pan American Center ticket office or over the phone by calling 575-646-1420. The Aggies hit the field in the first week of April and practice runs until May 4th. Practices are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 a.m. and Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The spring game will be held on May 4th at Aggie Memorial Stadium. Game time for the spring game is set for 6 p.m. All practices are open to public and are strongly urged to attend.
