Coach Martin also spoke about his top three goals he would like to see accomplished during spring practice.
“The number one area for the team is that I want to see us become a better fundamental football team, from blocking and tackles,” Martin said. “We will spend a lot of time in individual drills making sure our players are better football players at the end of spring practice. The second item we will be looking at is the competition at quarterback. Tyler Rogers is a junior college transfer, who is already on campus. I think giving him all the experience we can and getting a good look at him will give us a great jump on things.”
