Walker won the individual title for the Aggies at the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate after shooting a 6-under par 65 during the final round, tying him for the low round of the tournament. Walker finished with a total score of 6-under par 207 (70-72-65), two shots ahead of the second place finisher, en route to his first career victory at NM State. Walker also finished tied for sixth overall at the Price’s Give Em Five UTEP Invite with a three-round score of 7-under par 209 (70-67-72), marking his second top-10 finish of the week.
